3 Way Ball Valves are quarter-turn valves designed with three ports to allow:

 

  • Flow diversion (one inlet to two outlets)
  • Flow mixing (two inlets to one outlet)
  • Shut-off in multiple directions

Working Principle

The internal ball has either an L-shaped or T-shaped bore. By rotating the ball 90°, flow can be redirected, combined, or shut off depending on the configuration. This makes 3 Way Ball Valves ideal for automated process control systems.
